ROSEBURG MAN JAILED FOR DUII, FOLLOWING SINGLE VEHICLE CRASH

A Roseburg man was jailed for driving under the influence of intoxicants, following a single-vehicle crash Monday night.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at 7:40 p.m. a deputy responded to the accident in the 2500 block of Lookingglass Road, southwest of Roseburg. The 33-year- old driver reportedly showed signs of impairment. He was taken to corrections. The man was read implied consent and again refused tests. A warrant for the driver’s breath and blood samples was obtained. The man was shown to have a blood alcohol level of .12 percent.

He was detained without bail and was released on Tuesday.
