ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL THREE FOR FIRST-DEGREE CRIMINAL TRESPASS

Roseburg Police jailed three people for a reported trespass incident on Monday.

An RPD report said at 12:00 p.m. officers were contacted by a contractor regarding a trespass issue at a residence in the 1600 block of Southeast Mill Street. Officers were informed that nobody should be inside the house, but it looked like there were people inside.

Officers found a 38-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman in the house. Both were taken into custody and charged with first-degree criminal trespass. Later officers were contacted about another female being in the residence. They located a 45-year-old who admitted she had moved into the home without permission.  She was also charged with first-degree criminal trespass.

Bail on each person was set at $6,250.
