Roseburg Police arrested a man on the campus of the Roseburg VA Medical Center on Monday afternoon.

An RPD report said at just after 3:45 p.m. officers contacted the 21-year-old in the 900 block of Northwest Veterans Way. When officers arrived on scene, the suspect allegedly refused to leave again and told the officers to arrest him. He was taken into custody without incident and charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $1,250.
