A Roseburg man was cited by Roseburg Police for prohibited camping and littering on Tuesday morning.

An RPD report said just before 6:15 a.m. the 39-year-old was contacted in a camp in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. It was between the railroad and Northeast Stephens Street. The camp had abundant trash scattered around and was visible from the bike path as well as from Stephens. The camp was also located in a prohibited camping zone.
