ROSEBURG MAN ARRESTED FOLLOWING ALLEGED TRESPASS MONDAY

A Roseburg man was arrested by Roseburg Police following an alleged trespass incident on Monday.

An RPD report said at 4:50 p.m. officers contacted a man at his residence in the 500 block of West Fir Street. Officers learned that a 52-year-old man had been advised of trespass by the property owner and his roommate several times.

The suspect parked his vehicle and approached the porch and began to yell and curse at the property owner through the door and windows. The man was taken into custody and charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $1,250. He was released later in the day.
