Roseburg Police charged a woman following an alleged theft incident on Thursday.

An RPD report said at approximately 3:15 p.m. officers contacted the 40-year old at a business in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway after she was detained by loss prevention personnel. The suspect had allegedly stolen over $510 in merchandise from the store.

The woman admitted to stealing the items. She was detained on $6,250 bail.
