Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping early Wednesday morning.

An RPD report said just before 5:00 a.m. the 61-year old was contacted by the Eagle statue near the intersection of Northeast Stephens Street and Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. The man’s camp was located in a prohibited zone. He was released after being given the citation.
