UC-VEG PRESENTS INTERNATIONAL SPEAKER IN ROSEBURG

UC-VEG, along with partners Thrive Umpqua, the Lifestyle Medicine Residency and Umpqua Community College have announced that renowned international speaker Dr. Michael Greger will speak in Roseburg on Tuesday February 6th at 6:30 p.m. in the Jacoby Auditorium of UCC.

Dr. Greger’s latest book is titled, “How Not to Age”. His presentation will delve into natural ways to slow down the aging process, shedding light on the diets and lifestyles of the healthiest and longest-living populations worldwide. The UC-VEG release said attendees will gain valuable knowledge on preserving brain, bowel and bladder function as they age. Dr. Greger will also share tips to combat skin aging and menopausal symptoms, empowering individuals to take control of their health destinies.
