The Roseburg Education Association is awarding two $1,500 scholarships this year for two graduating seniors.

A REA release said applicants must be a child of a member of the association. This scholarship is not restricted to Roseburg High School graduates. The scholarship may be used to attend any accredited school or higher education or trade school, within the USA or any of its territories.

Applications can be obtained through REA Vice President Amanda Sandoval at: asandoval@roseburg.k12.or.us or RHS Career Center Director Jim Early at: jearly@roseburg.k12.or.us. Applications must be submitted to either email address or turned into the RHS Career Center by Friday March 30th.

Winners will be announced by April 30th.
