An Oakland man was jailed after a reported trespass incident early Thursday.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at 2:00 a.m. a deputy responded to the 100 block of Williams Road in Yoncalla after a caller said the 35-year old could not be at the location due to a jail release agreement. The victim said the man came into the residence and broke items. The woman said she told him to leave numerous times but he refused.

The man was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and for violation of a release agreement. He was detained on $5,000 bail.
