Two people were jailed for offensive littering and for warrants by the Roseburg Police Department early Tuesday.

An RPD report said just after 12:00 a.m. officers located a transient camp above Brookdale Senior Living in the 3200 block of Northwest Edenbower Boulevard. The camp had a large amount of trash scattered around it and human feces on the ground. Officers arrested the 53-year old man and 48-year old woman found at the camp and placed them in custody.

Both people were detained on $2,500 bail.
