Roseburg Police jailed a man for a parole violation on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 7:45 p.m. officers responded to a disturbance in the 1400 block of Southeast Mill Street. The 42-year old had reportedly been involved in the incident to some degree and was found to be intoxicated.

He was detained without bail.
