Roseburg Police cited a woman for failure to obey a traffic control device early Thursday.

An RPD report said shortly after 6:00 a.m. an SUV and a sedan were involved in a non-injury crash at the corner of Northeast Stephens Street and Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. The first vehicle was traveling north on Stephens and had a green light. The second vehicle was traveling south and was attempting to turn east on Diamond Lake. It turned directly in front of the first vehicle, causing the accident.

The vehicle that caused the wreck had to be towed from the scene.
