A Winston woman was cited following a two-vehicle traffic crash on Monday night.

A Roseburg Police report said at about 10:45 p.m. a vehicle was going southbound in the left lane of 900 block of Northeast Stephens Street when a pickup pulled out from a parking lot and made a right turn into the left lane. The first vehicle sustained front-end damage, primarily on the driver’s side. The pickup had front-end damage, mainly on the passenger side.

The elderly driver who caused the wreck was cited for making an improper right turn. The second driver was cited for having no operator’s license and for driving uninsured.

Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
