Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged trespass incident on Monday.

An RPD report said at 7:15 p.m. officers contacted the 63-year old who was allegedly sleeping on the first floor of the downtown parking garage in the 500 block of Southeast Rose Street, after being told to leave by security staff. The man refused to leave when officers asked and taken into custody without incident.

He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $1,250.
