A Roseburg man was jailed after a reported theft incident on Friday. A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said just before 1:00 p.m. a deputy was attempting to find a theft suspect in the 800 block of Lookingglass Road. 33-year old Tanner Starr was located and reportedly confessed to the theft. The stolen phone was recovered at his residence. Starr was cited and released for the theft.

He was detained for two warrants and for a parole violation. Bail was set at $10,000.
