Zonta Club of Roseburg has its Double Donation Drive underway through March 4th.

Club members are collecting lightly-used clothing which will be donated to Sunrise Enterprises. That organization will make a nominal donation to Zonta for the clothes. In turn, Sunrise Enterprises will benefit by having a larger selection of clothing for their retail services and continuing their goal of providing jobs and training for those with disabilities. That makes it a double donation – from those giving clothes to both Zonta and Sunrise Enterprises.

Clothing can be dropped off at the front desk of the Roseburg Public Library on Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. Those wanting to help can also go to www.zontaqroseburg.org to arrange a pickup. Only clothing can be accepted. The drive does not take shoes, purses or household goods.

Zonta is a worldwide organization which is celebrating over 100 years of honoring and empowering women.
