The intersection of Southeast Stephens Street and Southeast Oak Avenue in Roseburg has a large number of multi-vehicle accidents and another occurred on Thursday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 8:50 a.m. an SUV driver was turning northbound onto Stephens from Oak, while the driver of a pickup was driving northbound through the intersection. The vehicles collided and both sustained significant damage due to the crash. Both drivers claimed their light was green and there were no witnesses to corroborate either statement.

An information exchange was facilitated and no citations were issued.
