Roseburg Police cited a 14-year old female for being a minor in possession of marijuana on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 1:00 p.m. the juvenile was allegedly discovered to be in possession of the marijuana by staff at Roseburg High School, in the 400 block of West Harvard Avenue.

She was released after the citation was issued.
