A Roseburg woman was cited by Roseburg Police after a two-vehicle accident took place due to a unique cause, on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 10:50 a.m. the 60-year old was driving in the 500 block of West Harrison Street with the hood of her sedan up. Her car crashed into a parked vehicle on the opposite side of the street. No injuries were reported. She was charged with careless driving and for driving uninsured.
