A Winston woman was jailed after a single-vehicle accident early Wednesday.

An Oregon State Police report said just after 12:00 a.m. a pickup was traveling east about three miles east of Winston on Highway 42 when it left the roadway and crashed. A records check indicated that the driver, 34-year old Jessica Thompson, had an outstanding warrant for her arrest out of Douglas County. Her license was also suspended at the misdemeanor level. The records check also showed that the pickup had been reported stolen from Fort Worth, Texas.

Thompson was arrested, medically cleared at CHI Mercy Medical Center, and taken into custody. She was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, driving while suspended-misdemeanor and for the warrant. Bail was set at $6,250.
