Roseburg Police cited a juvenile and a woman Wednesday on the charge of harassment for an alleged prior incident.

An RPD report said on December 19th, the pair allegedly attacked two other girls regarding rumors being spread about the juvenile. One of the girls allegedly sustained a swollen lip from being punched in the face. Both victims had clumps of hair reportedly pulled out.

Both the 17-year old female and woman were released after being cited.in the 500 block of Southeast Rose Street at about 11:10 p.m.
