A Roseburg man was hospitalized following a Sunday morning crash.

An RPD report said at about 7:15 a.m. the 47-year old was driving an SUV eastbound on Southeast Fowler Street.  The man checked over his shoulder to see if anyone was following him, causing his vehicle to drift to the right and strike a parked sedan. The collision caused the SUV to roll on its top in the middle of the roadway.

The driver was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center for injuries he sustained. He was stable at last check according to a hospital spokesperson. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
