Roseburg Police cited a man for first-degree theft on a previous case, Wednesday evening.

An RPD report said at about 5:50 p.m. officers contacted the 40-year old who admitted to stealing running boards from a business in the 1900 block of Northwest Mulholland Drive. The suspect was cooperative and returned the stolen items.

He was released after being given the citation.
