The Oregon Department of Transportation reports that Highway 138E westbound at milepost 59 is limited to a single lane due to repairs on a sunken grade.

Dan Latham of ODOT said that is between the Toketee and Clearwater areas, which is 43 miles east of Glide. Latham said flaggers are providing traffic control. Motorists should expect delays for the next few days.
