Roseburg Police cited a man for a city ordinance violation on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 4:30 p.m. an officer observed the 40-year drinking a hard lemonade at the crosswalk of the intersection of Southeast Stephens Street and Southeast Washington Avenue.

He was cited for drinking in public and then was released.
