Roseburg Police cited a 13-year old female for harassment Monday due to her alleged role in a fight that occurred at Fremont Middle School on West Keady Court back on November 13th.

Information from RPD said one juvenile female charged and punched another during the incident. The juvenile was released to her parents after the citation was issued.
