Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged criminal trespass on Sunday.

An RPD report said at 9:25 p.m. the 30-year old returned to a business in the 1500 block of Northeast Stephens Street after being trespassed earlier in the day. The man refused to leave and was taken into custody. He was charged with criminal trespass in the second-degree. Bail was set at $1,250.
