Thrive Umpqua and the Oregon Department of Transportation are having a dinner and discussion regarding the OR 138E Design Concept Plan, on Monday night at Abby’s Pizza on Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard in Roseburg.

Residents and business owners are invited to help identify improvements to Diamond Lake Boulevard in Roseburg so the corridor better serves the neighborhood’s needs. Pizza and non-alcoholic drinks will be served from 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Project information and discussion with ODOT staff will begin at 6:00 p.m. Activities for children will be provided.
