Wednesday and Thursday’s stormy conditions brought just over 1.50 inches of rain to the Umpqua Valley.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service told News Radio 93-9 FM and 1240 KQEN that the Roseburg Regional Airport received .73 inches of rain on Thursday and .78 inches of precipitation on Wednesday. That’s a total of 1.51 inches of rain in the two-day period.

Generally dry conditions are expected Friday and Saturday with a chance of light rain on Sunday.
