Roseburg Police jailed a man for computer crimes, early Wednesday.

An RPD report said 28-year old Corey Tate was identified as using a stolen credit card at a business in the 200 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard on December 4th, via video footage.

He was contacted just after 1:10 a.m. and admitted to using the debit card. Tate’s parole officer was contacted and requested that the man be charged with a parole violation as well. Tate was charged with 4 counts each of computer crime and fraudulent use of a credit card, along with the parole violation.

He was detained without bail.
