A boil water notice has been lifted in the City of Glendale.

City Manager/Recorder Dawn Russ said the notice was lifted after lab results came back on Wednesday. The public drinking water service was shut down late Tuesday morning due to a water main break. An emergency alert had been issued for Glendale residents, while the break was repaired.

Once the water came back on, the notice was in effect until the lab results came in. A limited supply of water was available at Glendale City Hall for affected users, while the situation was dealt with.
