One person was jailed for a warrant and one was cited for a city ordinance violation by Roseburg Police on Monday.

An RPD report said at 4:00 p.m. officers were on foot patrol in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street in the area of Deer Creek Park. During this time, they came in contact with a 39-year old woman who reportedly had trash strung out around her entire camp. Where the camp was set up was in violation of the time, place and manner ordinance. She was released after being given a citation.

A 29-year old man was also contacted at the camp and had a warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident and was detained without bail.
