Roseburg Police cited a man following an alleged theft incident early Thursday.

An RPD report said a victim reported the theft of a BB gun and an electric bicycle from the porch of his home in the 2000 block of Northeast Stephens Street. The suspect was identified as a 34-year old. The man turned himself in and returned the stolen items.

He was cited for first-degree theft and then was released.
