Two people were jailed by Roseburg Police following an alleged store trespass incident on Tuesday.

An RPD report said just after 12:15 p.m. officers responded to Sherm’s Thunderbird in the 2500 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. Staff reported that a 30-year old woman had returned to the store after being previously trespassed. While looking for the suspect, a 30-year old man reportedly confronted the officer and began throwing paperwork at him.

The man was ultimately charged with offensive littering and a parole violation. He was detained on $1,250 bail. The woman was located and was charged with second-degree criminal trespass. She was detained without bail.
