Roseburg Police jailed a woman for a felony count of assault following an alleged incident on Tuesday night in the 1200 block of Northwest Keasey Street.

An RPD report said at 8:50 p.m. 45-year old Martillia McCullough allegedly kicked a victim in the face, causing an injury. The assault was reportedly witnessed by a minor child. When an officer placed McCullough in custody, she allegedly attempted to resist being taken into custody.

McCullough was also charged with interfering with a police officer and resisting arrest. She was detained on $62,500 bail.
