A female juvenile was cited by Roseburg Police Sunday night.

An RPD report said at 7:00 p.m. the 15-year old girl allegedly threw a Barbie doll at a victim, hitting her in the face. The incident reportedly occurred at a home in the 2700 block of Northwest Kline Street. She was cited for harassment and released to a parent.
