The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office jailed a transient after an alleged trespass incident on Thursday.

A DCSO report said at 1:00 p.m. units were checking the area of the 200 block of Industrial Drive in Green because the 40-year old had been called in by a nearby business. A deputy located an open door at a business and had prior knowledge that the woman had been trespassed from the location the previous day and the company wanted to pursue charges.

When the deputy approached the door, the suspect exited the building and claimed that she was there changing her clothes. The transient was taken into custody. She was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct. The woman was detained without bail.
