Roseburg Police cited two people for a city ordinance violation early Wednesday.

An RPD report said just before 1:20 a.m. the 43-year old man and 62-year old woman at their camps in the area of the bike path in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. They were cited for prohibited camping as their camps were in violation of the Time, Place and Manner ordinance.
