A Roseburg man was cited by Roseburg Police for offensive littering on Tuesday.

An RPD report said just before 8:00 a.m. officers contacted the 57-year old whose RV was taking up multiple spaces in the Legion Field parking lot in the 1000 block of Northwest Stewart Park Drive. His RV was allegedly leaking sewage onto the ground.

He was released after the citation was issued.
