Wildlife Safari has its annual Turkey Trot happening on Thanksgiving morning at 8:00 a.m.

The event takes runners and walkers through the park’s carnivore loop where they may be able to see cheetahs and Sumatran tigers running alongside them on the opposite side of the enclosure.

There will be prizes for the top finishers, with an up-close cheetah meet and greet. Snacks will be provided. Tickets are $20 with children age 12 and under able to participate for free. Proceeds from the event will benefit the park’s conservation efforts.
