Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged disorderly conduct incident on Friday.

An RPD report said at 3:30 p.m. officers responded to an incident involving two people near a business in the 1900 block of West Harvard Avenue. When officers arrived on the scene, there were over 6 people wanting to speak with them who had seen the disturbance occur. Officers learned that the 32-year old suspect had allegedly made a veiled threat to shoot some of the bystanders that were watching. The man was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and with menacing.

He was detained on $8,750 bail.
