Roseburg Police jailed a man for a reported criminal trespass incident early Tuesday.

An RPD report said at about 12:30 a.m. the 39-year old allegedly stole items from WinCo in 2700 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. The suspect allegedly refused to leave the store when asked to multiple times. He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft and was taken into custody.
