Roseburg Police jailed a man after an alleged criminal trespass incident on Monday.

An RPD report said at 11:00 a.m. 36-year old Travis Couch allegedly went into a business he had previously been trespassed from near the corner of Southeast Jackson Street and Southeast Oak Avenue.  Couch reportedly stole a cup of coffee and had trash strewn all across the entire sidewalk. He was located and taken into custody.

Couch was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree theft and for offensive littering. He was detained on $5,000 bail.
