Roseburg Police jailed a man following an alleged roadway incident on Saturday.

An RPD report said shortly before 7:30 a.m. officers contacted the 57-year old man after a caller said he was acting disorderly near the YMCA in the 1100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. The suspect was allegedly acting aggressive, arguing and pointing a pellet rifle at people while in the middle of the road.

He was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and for a parole violation. The man was detained on $2,500 bail.
