A Roseburg man was hurt in a deer versus motorcycle accident Saturday morning.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at 9:00 a.m. the 19-year old was riding near the intersection of Garden Valley Road and Cal Henry Road, going approximately 60-miles a hour when his motorcycle hit the deer. The man was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center for minor injuries.

The motorcycle was towed away.
