Saturday is Veterans Day and there are a number of events happening:

*Free haircuts for veterans from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Sutherlin Senior Center

*Veterans Day Remembrance Ceremony at Veterans Memorial Hall on North Main Street in Canyonville at 10:45 a.m. F-15  fly-over followed by a 30-minute program

*68th annual Douglas County Veterans Day Parade in downtown Roseburg at 11:00 a.m. F-15 fly-over at 11:35 a.m.

*Myrtle Creek/Tri-City drive through beginning at 11:00 a.m. 200 American flags placed by the American Legion Post 123 on display throughout the area

*Umpqua Community College Veterans Day Concert with the UCC Symphonic Band and the Roseburg Concert Chorale at 7:00 p.m. in Jacoby Auditorium. Admission is $15 for adults, $10 for seniors with veterans and students admitted for free
