The Douglas County Veterans Day Parade is Saturday.

Known as Oregon’s Greatest Veterans Day Parade, it begins at 11:00 a.m. in downtown Roseburg. This year the Grand Marshals are members of the Oregon National Guard with Gold Star families also being honored.

The parade starts at the corner of Northeast Jackson Street and Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. It runs south on Jackson Street before turning left on Southeast Lane Avenue. Then it turns left onto Southeast Main Street and goes north until it reaches Southeast Douglas Avenue. The parade concludes in front of the Douglas County Courthouse.
