Sutherlin Police jailed a woman following an alleged trespass incident on Wednesday night.

An SPD report said at 8:30 p.m. the 29-year old returned to a location in the 100 block of East Everett Avenue after an officer told her she was trespassed and instructed her not to return. The suspect allegedly resisted the arrest process and was taken to the ground where she then reportedly bit the officers right leg.

She was charged with resisting arrest and second-degree criminal trespass. The woman was held without bail and was released on Thursday.
