The Sutherlin Police Department is seeking help from the public in locating a missing man.

49-year old Billy Wayne Whitehead was last seen November 1st at 1:30 a.m. when he was in Green. Family members have said on social media that the man’s vehicle was found crashed along Interstate 5 northbound, two miles north of the Winchester exit, at approximately 2:45 a.m. the same morning

SPD Captain Kurt Sorenson said their department has talked to several people regarding Whitehead, his last known whereabouts and his last known activities.  Sorenson said no one seems to know where he is.

Whitehead is 6 feet tall and weighs 245 pounds. His picture is posted with this story at www.541radio.com
